Terms of Service — Instagram Feed & Widget - IGWidget

By installing or using Instagram Feed & Widget - IGWidget ("the app") you agree to these terms.

The service

The app lets a Shopify merchant display content from their own Instagram Business or Creator account on their online store. It depends on Instagram (Meta) and Shopify; we are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those platforms.

Your responsibilities

• Connect only an Instagram account you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you display and for having the rights to show it.
• Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or access data that is not yours.
• Follow Meta's and Shopify's terms and policies.

Data

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect your Instagram account or request deletion at any time — see Data Deletion Instructions.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify according to the plan shown in the app. You can change or cancel a plan at any time from the app or by uninstalling it.

Availability and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties. We do our best to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the app.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for misuse.
