You can delete all data that Instagram Feed & Widget - IGWidget holds about your Instagram account at any time.
The stored access token, profile information and cached posts and media files for that account are deleted immediately.
In Instagram, open Settings → Apps and websites (or Meta Accounts Center → Connected experiences), find "IGWidget" and remove it. Then email us at the address below and we will delete any remaining records for your account.
Uninstalling marks your shop as removed right away, and every remaining record tied to your shop (Instagram accounts, tokens, widgets, cached media) is deleted when Shopify sends its shop-redact request, roughly 48 hours later.
Email support@artvibe.site with your Shopify store domain or Instagram username. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
